• You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands).

Note: Total delivery timeframe is estimated at 3 to 5 business days following order dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a unique Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your shipment step-by-step until it arrives at your doorstep.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PAWLINNO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. 5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within 3 to 5 business days, occasional delays may occur due to courier operational disruptions, severe weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

If your tracking status shows that your parcel has been delayed for more than 7 business days past the expected date, please contact us at info@pawlinno.co.uk, and we will immediately investigate with the carrier or issue a replacement.
